Housed in a beautiful Tudor building means Anteros has rooms and halls full of character, available for hire for meetings, conferences, concerts and other events. Anteros Norwich is ideally located in the city centre in the city’s creative and historical quarter, just a few minutes from Norwich Cathedral, Tombland and Elm Hill.
The whole building brings charm and character to any event and with all the history embedded within it, the venue makes it an ideal setting for your wedding day or special ceremony.
Say ‘I do’ in one of Norwich’s oldest civic homes, a wonderful city-centre Tudor merchant's house of halls with beamed ceilings, mullioned windows & inner courtyard. The 16th & 17th century owners were Sheriffs and Mayors of Norwich.
All events are personally supervised by the Manager on duty who will liaise with you to discuss and check all final details for the occasion.
The Music Room and Gallery are licensed for the performance of Civil Marriages and Partnerships.
After the ceremony, guests can be served with drinks and canapés in the Courtyard, which is an idyllic setting for photographs and drinks as your guests wait for their turn in front of the camera.
The Music Room is a wonderful space for banquet tables, fine food and speeches. As well as the Tudor beams and fireplace, the room can be dressed to suit your event.
The King of Hearts Café can provide a tailor-made menu or you can choose and amend a set menu for your occasion. All menus are devised from locally sourced ingredients.
