The making of prints using the technique of cutting into copper and etching with ferric chloride as well as the use of aqua tint will be covered.

Watercolour painting with Peter Welton: Peter Welton is an artist of great distinction. He has received commissions from the likes of HM The Queen, London Transport, P+O’s Aurora and two of his landscapes form part of the House of Lords collection. He is the author of many articles and three books including How to Paint in Watercolour, (Patchings Farm 1995).

Neil Gardner teaches mixed media: Neil Gardner is the head of Art at St Bede’s, Cambridge. He specialises in watercolours and has exhibited his work across England.

Neil will be teaching a course on how to approach mixed medias, including resist techniques and lino cutting.
